WhatYou’llDo
In this varied and rewarding role, youwill:
- Be the first point of contact for fundraising enquiries — from donors and event participants to community groups and corporate partners
- Support fundraising campaigns and events, helping inspire and steward our amazing supporters
- Maintainaccuratesupporter records and help process donations, thank-you\’s, and communications
- Assistwith prospect research and event administration
- Create engaging copy for posters, newsletters, and supporter communications
- Ensure supporters, volunteers, and visitors always havea positive experienceus
You’llalso have opportunities to attend events, build relationships, and grow your knowledge of charity fundraising.
WhatWe’reLooking For
We’relooking for someone who is:
- Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with people at all levels
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- A strong teamplayer with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and databases (experience with CRM systems is a plus)
- Keen to learn and grow within a supportive team
Experience in fundraising or a customer-facing role is desirable, but not essential — ifyou’reenthusiastic, curious, and eager to make a difference,we’dlove to hear from you.
