Chailey Heritage Foundation are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader with a passion for communications, PR, and marketing. Do you want to make a meaningful impact in the charity, social care, and education sectors? We’re looking for a Head of Engagement to shape our engagement strategy and enhance our reputation, visibility, and impact.

Location: North Chailey, East Sussex, BN8 4EF

Salary: £48k - £55k DOE

Contract: Permanent - Flexible working arrangements available.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute a strategic engagement plan across PR, digital, communication and marketing.
  • Build and manage relationships with colleagues, donors, families, and wider stakeholder audiences.
  • Oversee brand reputation and crisis communications.
  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine communication strategies.
