Hours: Part-Time / Full-Time Hours Available / Permanent

Hourly Rate: £12.25

About the role: Are you a chai enthusiast with leadership skills? We’re seeking a motivated Chaiiwala Supervisor. If you have a passion for chai, excellent leadership skills, and a knack for creating a welcoming atmosphere, we want to hear from you! You will supervise and coordinate daily operations for efficient service, lead and train a team to deliver exceptional service and high-quality chai, maintain a clean and inviting store environment, and handle customer inquiries and issues to ensure a positive experience.

Essential:

• Minimum 1-year experience in a management role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
• 18 years or over due to late night working and closing of the store.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
