Chai Guys Deli is a new concept from Chai Guys, built around one thing: great sandwiches, made properly, alongside authentic chai. We're hiring the founding team members who'll set the standard for how this place runs, hands-on, fast, and clean.
What You'll Do
- Prepare food: chopping, cutting, cooking, frying, and full sandwich assembly to spec
- Make authentic chai the proper way, not shortcuts by following the recipe book
- Handle stock and ordering to keep the deli running without gaps
- Operate the POS and handle transactions accurately
- Deliver the best customer service, every order, every time
- Keep the station organised and clean throughout service
- Follow food hygiene and safety standards at all times
