Well established Midlands firm has 2 vacancies for Residential Conveyancers. The roles will be based in the Black Country and you will be responsible for the following:
- Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion
- Dealing with sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions
- Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders
