A well established regional practice is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive (5+ PQE) to join its growing team in Wimborne. This is an excellent opportunity to take on an existing caseload and play a key role in a busy, well regarded department handling a broad range of private client matters.

The Role

  • You'll manage a varied and interesting caseload of private client work, including:
    • Wills and estate planning
    • Probate and estate administration
    • Trusts and related advisory work
    • Powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters
    • Tax considerations relating to estates and lifetime planning
  • You will also:
    • Take over an existing caseload with full secretarial support
    • Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and local referrers
    • Engage with the local community and support the firm's profile
    • Work autonomously while contributing to the wider team's growth
    • Maintain high standards of client care, compliance and professionalism

Candidate Requirements

  • 5+ years' PQE in private client work
  • Strong experience across wills, probate, trusts and estate administration
