A well established and reputable regional law firm is seeking an experienced Wills & Tax Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its growing team in Wimborne. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior private client professional to take on a key role within a supportive, collaborative and forward thinking department.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Wills & Tax, you will be responsible for managing a varied and high quality caseload while contributing to the development and leadership of the team.
The firm is looking for someone who:

- Communicates clearly without jargon
- Works cooperatively with colleagues across all teams

Candidate Requirements
Applications are welcomed from individuals with the following essential skills, attributes and experience:
- Qualified Solicitor or FCILEx with 10β15 years' PQE
- Strong people management and team building experience
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Clear, accurate and articulate verbal and written communication
- Confidence managing a caseload independently
- Demonstrates initiative and generates original ideas and solutions
- Anticipates client needs and identifies cross referral opportunities
- Responds promptly to client calls and enquiries
- Comfortable meeting new clients and generating new business
- Able to promote the firm based on service and values rather than price alone
