Wills & Probate Solicitor – 4 years+ PQE – Cirencester
Location: Cirencester (Hybrid)
Hours: Full time (flexible working patterns considered)
Salary: £45,000 to £60,000
PQE: 4 years+ (Pathway to Partnership available)
Chadwick Nott are pleased to be working with a long-established and progressive law firm based in Gloucestershire, currently seeking a Wills & Probate Solicitor to join their Cirencester office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to take the next step in their career, with scope for leadership and partnership. You will be joining a vibrant team that values integrity, approachability, and exceptional service, and you will play a key role in strategic growth across Gloucestershire and Herefordshire.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of Wills & Probate matters and contribute to the wider Private Client team.
- Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Estate planning and administration
- Advising clients on asset protection and inheritance matters
- Providing high standards of client care and service
- Leading business development and marketing initiatives
- Mentoring junior colleagues and supporting team growth
Candidate Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of private client law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial awareness and leadership potential
- Commitment to client service and professional standards
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Interest in progressing to partnership (if not already at that level)
Location & Working Arrangements
Based in Cirencester, with occasional travel to other offices across Gloucestershire and Herefordshire. Hybrid working and flexible arrangements are available. Applications from those seeking alternative working patterns (e.g. four-day week) are welcome.
