A well-established law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE to join its busy and expanding team in Clevedon. With a senior-heavy structure and increasing demand across core areas, this is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level fee earner to take ownership of quality work, support junior colleagues, and relieve senior lawyers from routine tasks.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including:
- Drafting and advising on wills
- Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Advising on and administering trusts
- Handling estate administration and probate matters
- Liaising with clients and third-party professionals
- Supporting a collaborative and well-balanced team structure
What We're Looking For
- A qualified solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE in private client law
- Strong technical and drafting skills across wills, LPAs, trusts, and probate
- Excellent communication and client care abilities
- Confidence in managing files independently and efficiently
