This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their career, gain exposure to complex transactions and build lasting client relationships in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.Key responsibilities will include:Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant workDrafting, reviewing and negotiating leases, contracts, licences and other real estate documentationAdvising clients on development projects, property finance transactions and strategic real estate mattersBuilding strong relationships with clients while delivering responsive and commercially focused legal adviceSupporting business development initiatives, networking activities and the continued growth of the teamThe ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial property law, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client service.
