Chadwick Nott is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer (CLC / CILEX / Solicitor) to join our technology-driven property team. The role combines Chester or Weston-super-Mare hybrid working and requires UK-based candidates with proven residential conveyancing experience.
You will manage a full caseload from instruction to completion, including freehold/leasehold sales, remortgages and transfers of equity, with the potential to progress to Deputy HoLP for the right applicant.
