Leading West Midlands firm seeks a Solicitor to join their busy dispute resolution team. You will undertake and assist on a variety of High Court matters including contract disputes, corporate disputes, insolvency and professional negligence. You will work as part of a team on larger cases, be able to demonstrate a commitment to dispute resolution and have experience of taking witness statements, instructing Counsel, instructing experts and attending mediations and trials. Advocacy experience an advantage.
