A long established and well respected regional law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join its Wareham office. The Role

  • You will manage a varied and rewarding caseload across the full spectrum of private client matters, including:
    • Wills, trusts and estate planning
    • Probate and estate administration
    • Powers of attorney
    • Tax and succession matters
  • Working closely with clients to build long term relationships
  • Supporting departmental planning and business development
  • Sharing knowledge and best practice across the wider team
  • Mentoring junior colleagues while maintaining autonomy in your own work

Candidate Requirements

  • This role is ideal for a solicitor with:
    • Minimum 2 years' PQE in private client law
    • Strong technical skills across a broad range of private client matters
    • A client focused, proactive approach
    • Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
