We are looking for a residential property solicitor/CILEX/Licensed Conveyancer to join a successful residential property solicitor for their central Cardiff office. You will be managing a busy residential property caseload to include sales and purchases, leasehold, re‑mortgages, new build work and transfers of equity.
Candidate requirements:
- A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
- 1+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
- Proven ability to handle a busy caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong client care and communication skills
- A genuine enthusiasm for contributing to the growth and success of the team
