An award-winning South Wales law firm are looking for a skilled litigator to join their busy and growing team, handling a broad mix of disputes and playing a key role in client relationships and business development.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload and support senior colleagues on complex matters across:
- Commercial and property disputes
- Construction litigation
- Contested wills and estates
- Debt recovery
Expect to lead cases from initial enquiry through to trial, delegate to junior staff, and collaborate with Counsel and experts.
Candidate Requirements
- 4-7 years PQE in one or more of the above areas (other strong profiles considered)
- Confident handling cases independently, including advocacy, drafting, and negotiation
- Excellent grasp of Civil Procedure Rules and technical legal knowledge
- Strong commercial awareness and client-facing skills
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and deadline-driven
