Chadwick Nott are delighted to be instructed on a new position for an Associate or Senior Associate to join a tier 1 ranked team renowned nationwide for construction, engineering, energy projects, and dispute resolution.

You’ll work with a diverse range of clients, including government bodies, developers, contractors, funders, housing associations, banks, and leading organisations, handling contentious and non‑contentious matters. This role offers the chance to manage your own cases while collaborating with a supportive and driven team. It's ideal for someone experienced in contracts like JCT and NEC, and confident with adjudication and litigation.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • 4+ years PQE
  • Strong technical expertise in construction contracts and processes
  • Personable, confident, and an effective team player
  • A keen interest in networking and business development
