A busy Commercial Litigation team based in Cardiff is looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Associate (2+ PQE). The role offers the opportunity to work on a broad and stimulating range of contentious matters for both public and private sector clients, within a supportive and forward thinking team.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to high-quality work across general commercial and civil litigation, alongside opportunities to develop expertise in specialist areas such as procurement challenges. The position also offers scope to raise personal and team profile through practice development and market-facing activity.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Advising on commercial, civil and regulatory disputes
- Handling claims including contract, IP, shareholder and professional negligence matters
- Supporting and advising on procurement challenges for bidders and authorities
