This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor to handle a varied caseload
- from the routine to the complex
- with autonomy and support in equal measure. The RoleYou'll take on a broad scope of private client work including: Wills, probate, powers of attorney, trusts, and Court of Protection mattersAdvising individuals and families on estate planning and inheritance taxManaging files independently while ensuring exceptional client careLiaising with financial institutions, tax advisors, and external expertsPlaying an active role in team collaboration and business developmentWhat the team are looking forQualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in private client workDemonstrable experience in core areas including wills, trusts, probate, and mental capacity mattersConfident in running a caseload unsupervised and in mentoring more junior members when neededSTEP membership is highly desirableA proactive, ambitious mindset with the ability to build lasting client relationshipsYou'll be part of a well-regarded practice with a genuine commitment to supporting its people.
