A well‑established and forward‑thinking law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor (6+ PQE) to spearhead the launch and development of a new office in Kent. This is a rare opportunity for a senior practitioner ready to step into a leadership role with genuine autonomy.
You’ll lead on a high‑quality caseload of privately funded family matters - including divorce, finances, cohabitation, nuptial agreements and complex children issues - while shaping the direction, culture and growth of the new location. Supported by a strong central team, you will have the freedom to build a local presence, recruit, and drive the practice forward.
