Trusts Legal Adviser - Exeter, Devon
Our client, a well-regarded regional law firm with offices across the South West is seeking an experienced Trust Legal Adviser to join their Exeter office.
As a Private Client Trusts Solicitor / Legal Adviser you will play a key role in supporting and expanding the firm's client base and new referrals within the Private Client team, whilst adopting efficient working practices.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • In addition to your Private Client and Trusts experience you will be a team player and will have the opportunity to support wider tax projects and collaborate across departments. This is a client-facing role with genuine scope to build long-term relationships and carve out a strong professional profile within the firm.


To be considered, you'll have:

  • At least 1-3 years' experience in a trust or private client setting
  • Strong technical trust knowledge and a proactive, commercial approach
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Confidence managing your own matters and supporting others in the team
  • You must be able to manage your own caseload with supervision from a Partner


You will be ambitious, pro-active, and enthusiastic, with excellent interpersonal skills. The firm are open to considering both qualified and non-qualified solicitors for this role, so if you feel as though you have the right background, we welcome an application from you.
