Trusts and Estates Lawyer – Cardiff

Chadwick Nott have received instructions from one of Cardiff\’s leading heavyweight law firms, who have a new opening for an ambitious junior Private Client Lawyer to play an integral role in their leading Trusts and Estate Administration team.

The successful candidate will already have some existing, relevant Private Client experience and ideally be at the 1+PQE level.

The highly ranked team work across a wide range of good quality Private Client work acting on behalf of both companies and individuals providing specialist advice on a broad spectrum on matters including probate, trusts and estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, deeds of variation etc.

This position will be based within the Trusts and Estates Administration department and will involve the administration of taxable and non-taxable estates with a range of complexity, to include the supervision of paralegals working in the team.

Whilst STEP qualification is desired, it is not essential.

This is an opportunity to join a large and very successful, well-organised team so the opportunities to learn and progress are fantastic, including the internal training and supervision that is on offer.
