The Role
- You will manage a complex and varied caseload while taking on a leadership role within the team.
- Handling Wills, Estate Administration, Probate, LPAs, Trusts and Inheritance Tax Planning.
- Supervising, mentoring and developing junior colleagues.
- Contributing to process improvement and best practice.
- Leading on business development and strengthening client relationships.
- Playing an active role in the strategic direction of the department.
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years' PQE in private client work.
- STEP membership (or working towards it) desirable.
- Strong technical expertise across the full private client spectrum.
- Proven ability to manage complex matters independently.
- Confidence supervising and supporting junior team members.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to generate new business.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to exceptional client care.
