Solicitor / FCILEX - Family Finance - Taunton - 0-6 Years PQE

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with hybrid flexibility)
Salary: £55,000 to £70,000
A respected and forward thinking law firm is seeking a Solicitor or FCILEX (0-6 PQE) to join its highly regarded Family Finance team in Taunton. The Role
You’ll be responsible for assisting with and managing a varied caseload of family finance matters, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy proceedings
- Pre and post nuptial agreements
- Complex assets and high net worth clients
- Child maintenance and financial provision for children
- Supporting senior colleagues on complex matters
- Managing your own caseload appropriate to your level
- Contributing to a collaborative, supportive team culture
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with:
- 0-6 years' PQE in family law (or strong interest in family finance work)
- Strong technical ability and excellent attention to detail
- Empathy, professionalism and a client focused approach
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Motivation, organisation and a proactive mindset
- Interest in business development and contributing to team growth
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
