This is an excellent opportunity to advise a diverse range of rural clients while enjoying high quality work, strong support and genuine opportunities for progression.The RoleYou'll manage a varied and often complex caseload of rural and agricultural property matters, including:Sales and acquisitions of farms, agricultural land and rural estatesAgricultural tenancies and farm business tenanciesLand development and strategic land mattersRenewable energy projectsEasements, rights of way and other rural property rightsEstate and land management mattersDiversification projects and rural business transactionsYou'll work closely with colleagues across a wider Rural team known for its specialist expertise and collaborative approach.
