- Midsomer Norton or KeynshamOur client is a well-established, multi-service law firm with a strong reputation across Somerset and the surrounding region.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join their busy and successful Property team based in either Midsomer Norton or Keynsham. This opportunity would suit a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with around 5+ years' experience handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters.
You will enjoy a varied caseload and the opportunity to play an active role in the continued development of the department.
Candidate Requirements: Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced ConveyancerIdeally 5+ years' experience within residential propertyStrong experience handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesExperience dealing with remortgages and Help to Buy transactionsAbility to manage your own caseload with minimal supervisionCommercial property experience would be advantageous but is not essentialExcellent client care and relationship-building skillsA proactive, enthusiastic approach with an interest in contributing to the growth of the teamWhy Join?
