A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and passionate conveyancing professional to join a busy and growing residential property team in Bath. This role is ideal for a qualified Residential Property Solicitor or an experienced CILEX/CLC looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive, modern and client focused environment.

This niche, CQS accredited practice offers high quality residential conveyancing, commercial property and private client services. With excellent IT systems, hybrid working capability and a close knit team culture, the firm combines modern efficiency with the warmth of a traditional high street practice.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be a valued and integral member of the team.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Registered and unregistered property transactions
  • Right to Buy
  • Shared Ownership
  • Transfer of Equity
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
  • Ensuring excellent communication and client care throughout each transaction

Candidate Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or CLC with residential conveyancing experience
  • Ability to manage a full caseload independently
