The Role
A fantastic opportunity for a junior lawyer keen to build their expertise in property litigation, particularly within the social housing sector. Working closely with experienced Partners and senior lawyers, you will handle a varied and engaging caseload, including:
- Housing management and tenancy disputes
- Possession, disrepair and anti social behaviour matters
- Drafting pleadings, correspondence and legal documentation
- Court work, mediations and advisory support
- Developing strong relationships with regional and national housing clients
- Supporting wider team initiatives and business development activity
You’ll gain early exposure to complex matters, with the right level of guidance and plenty of scope to progress.
Candidate Requirements
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or FCILEX with 0-3 years' PQE, though those outside this range may also be considered. You will:
- Have experience or a genuine interest in property litigation and/or social housing
- Demonstrate strong drafting, communication and organisational skills
- Enjoy working collaboratively within a friendly, high performing team
- Be proactive, commercially aware and committed to delivering practical, client focused advice
