New Homes Conveyancing Lawyer - Taunton (0-5 PQE)

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious conveyancer to join a growing New Homes team in Taunton. This role offers genuine career development, specialist training and the chance to build expertise in a niche and expanding area of residential development work.
The Role
- Reviewing title, planning documentation and development searches
- Raising suitable site wide enquiries
- Preparing a master site precedent report for use across individual plot purchases
You will work closely with the Head of Department, a highly experienced development specialist, and become part of a supportive, collegiate team with clear progression opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer keen to specialise in new homes and development work.
Candidate Requirements
- Up to 5 years' PQE (applications from all levels considered)
- Background in residential conveyancing
- Interest in developing a specialism in new homes and development work
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and client care abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team
- Enthusiasm for learning and career progression
