The Role
This role offers exposure to a wide range of privately funded family law matters. Responsibilities include:
- Advising on divorce and financial settlements
- Handling cohabitation disputes and child arrangement matters
- Drafting nuptial agreements and protective orders
- Managing a full caseload independently, including conducting own advocacy
- Supporting team collaboration and contributing to firm-wide growth

Candidate Requirements

- 3+ years PQE in family law
