An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer to join a highly regarded Corporate & Commercial team advising a diverse range of business clients. This role would suit a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 2-4 years' PQE who is looking to work on high-quality corporate and commercial matters within a well-established and growing team.
You will advise a broad client base including start-ups, owner-managed businesses, PLCs, partnerships, charities, local authorities and high-net-worth individuals. The work is varied and will provide exposure to a wide range of corporate transactions and commercial advisory matters. The caseload will include:
- Company formations
- Memorandum and Articles of Association
- Sales and acquisitions of companies and businesses
- Management buy-outs and buy-ins
- Venture capital investments
- Corporate restructuring and reorganisations
- Shareholder and partnership agreements
- Partnership dissolutions
- Commercial terms of business
- Share option arrangements
The successful candidate will have broad corporate and commercial experience, strong technical ability and excellent commercial awareness.
