Overview
In this role you will take ownership of a varied residential conveyancing caseload in Swindon, supported by an experienced team. You will deliver high-quality client service while maintaining a healthy work-life balance and helping to grow the local conveyancing offering. You’ll build relationships with clients, agents and solicitors, and contribute to achieving fee targets. Responsibilities
- Manage a full range of residential property matters (sales, purchases, freehold/leasehold, new builds, transfers of equity, remortgages)
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, agents, brokers and other solicitors
- Meet agreed fee targets through efficient, high-quality work
- Develop introducer relationships and contribute to growing the Swindon conveyancing offering
Key requirements
- 5+ years' PQE as a Solicitor or CILEx in residential conveyancing
- Proactive, personable approach with quick rapport-building
