A well established, multi office law practice with a strong regional presence is looking to expand its successful team into the Swindon office. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced conveyancer who wants to shape and grow a department while enjoying genuine support and a balanced workload.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of a varied residential conveyancing caseload, supported by a highly skilled team who handle much of the administrative and file management work. This collaborative structure allows you to focus on delivering excellent client service while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance. Your work will include:
- Managing a full range of residential property matters to include sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, new builds, transfers of equity and remortgages.
- Building strong relationships with clients, agents, brokers, and other solicitors.
- Meeting agreed fee targets through efficient, high quality work.
- Developing new introducer relationships and helping to grow the Swindon conveyancing offering.
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years' PQE as a Solicitor or CILEx in residential conveyancing.
- A proactive, personable approach with the confidence to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage files efficiently with support.
