Private Client Partner - Swindon A highly regarded Top 100 UK law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Partner to help drive the continued growth of its established Swindon practice.

With a strong reputation for complex tax, estate and succession planning matters, the firm has built one of the largest Private Client teams in the region.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious senior lawyer to join a thriving team, work with high-net-worth clients, and play a key role in shaping the future of the practice.

What you'll do: Lead on complex Private Client matters, including Wills, Trusts, Estates, Tax and Succession Planning.

Manage and grow key client and referrer relationships.

Support the strategic growth of the department and wider firm.

Drive business development initiatives and convert opportunities into new instructions.

Supervise, mentor and develop junior lawyers and support staff.

Contribute thought leadership, networking and profile-raising activities within the market.

Take an active role in the leadership, performance and profitability of the team.

What we're looking for: An experienced Private Client Partner Strong technical expertise across Private Client law.

Proven business development skills with a track record of winning and retaining work.

Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management abilities.

Leadership experience and a passion for developing others.

Commercial awareness with an understanding of financial performance and team management.

An existing following would be advantageous.
