A rapidly expanding, modern law firm in Wales is seeking a motivated Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join its busy Residential Conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a forward thinking practice known for delivering high quality, client focused legal services across the region.
The Role
- Managing a varied and fast paced caseload of residential property matters, including:
- Sales and purchases (freehold, leasehold, and unregistered)
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with strong experience in residential conveyancing
- Knowledge of freehold, leasehold, unregistered, new build, shared ownership, and remortgage transactions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead by example
- Confidence in making independent decisions
- Thorough understanding of SRA/CLC regulatory frameworks and Land Registry processes
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and support junior team members
- A proactive, client focused approach
