We are instructed by a respected and growing South Wales practice to assist with the recruitment of a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their Swansea office on a full time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities

  • Manage your own varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales and purchases (freehold, leasehold and unregistered), remortgages, new build transactions, shared ownership and transfers of equity.
  • Supervise a small team of legal assistants and contribute to the smooth running of the department.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer with experience handling your own busy caseload.
  • Strong knowledge of SRA/CLC regulatory requirements; able to make independent decisions and communicate clearly with clients and third parties.
  • Experience with new build and shared ownership matters is particularly valuable.
