Chadwick Nott are delighted to be working with a highly respected law firm seeking a dedicated Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking practice.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including:
- Wills and probate
- Tax planning and estate administration
- Lasting powers of attorney and registration of enduring powers of attorney
- Applications to the Court of Protection
- Advising attorneys and Court of Protection appointed Deputies
- Creation and administration of Trusts
- Residential conveyancing matters
- Assisting Senior Associates and Partners while developing your own caseload
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- 1–3 years PQE (more experienced candidates will also be considered)
- Experience in wills and probate (preferable)
- Broad procedural knowledge across private client matters
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- A sincere and caring disposition
- Confidence in managing matters independently
- Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
