This is an excellent opportunity for a progressive and ambitious solicitor to further develop their career within a respected and forward‑thinking practice.
The Role
- You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of family law matters, including:
- Separation and divorce proceedings
- Financial remedy cases
- Domestic abuse matters
- Children law cases
- Advocacy and representation in court
- Providing high‑quality advice and exemplary client service
- Working collaboratively within a supportive team environment
Candidate Requirements
- This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- Minimum 2 years PQE in family law
- Strong technical knowledge and up‑to‑date expertise in family law
- Experience in advocacy (essential)
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Confidence in managing matters independently
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
