The firm is known for its supportive culture, investment in its people and commitment to long-term career development.The RoleBased in Swansea, you will join a specialist team handling a varied caseload of contentious probate matters, including:Will validity disputes and challengesInheritance Act claimsTrust disputesEstate administration disputesClaims involving executors, trustees and beneficiariesWorking closely with experienced lawyers, you will receive excellent support and training whilst developing your own expertise and client relationships.
