Chadwick Nott are pleased to be working with a respected regional law firm, currently seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer with 5+ years' PQE to join their growing team in Swansea. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor to take on a varied caseload and contribute to a well-established and collaborative department.
The Role
This is a hands-on and client-facing position, offering exposure to a broad range of commercial property matters. Responsibilities include:
- Advising on SIPP/SSAS transactions
- Handling all aspects of Landlord & Tenant work
- Managing sales and purchases of commercial property
- Supporting development projects and secured lending transactions
- Delivering clear, commercially focused legal advice
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to departmental growth
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified Solicitor with:
- Minimum 5 years' PQE in commercial property law
- Experience handling a broad range of property transactions
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Excellent client care and communication abilities
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Arrangements
