Join a dynamic growing firm as a Solicitor/FCILEX/Licensed Conveyancer (with circa 14 years PQE) in our rapidly growing Residential Conveyancing team based in Epsom. We will also consider candidates who do not hold one of the above qualifications but have considerable experience managing their own caseload independently. This role offers the opportunity to manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to conclusion, support team members, and engage in significant business development and networking activities. Day-to-day of the role: Manage a comprehensive caseload of residential files from initial instruction to matter conclusion. Provide support to other members of the Residential Conveyancing team. Play a key role in business development and networking to enhance the profile of the firm and the Residential Conveyancing department. Ensure high levels of client service and legal effectiveness.
