We are seeking a skilled and passionate Residential Property Lawyer (NQ-6 years PQE) to join our well regarded client's residential property team in Ashford. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented solicitor to further their career in the area of Residential Conveyancing within a reputable private practice in the South East.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception to completion, including sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions.
- Providing expert legal advice to clients and ensuring a high level of service at all times.
- Conducting legal research, preparing documentation, and liaising with relevant parties such as clients, estate agents, and other solicitors.
Qualifications:
- Qualified lawyer with NQ-6 years PQE in Residential Conveyancing.
- Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures, particularly within the Kent region.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload effectively and work within deadlines.
Day-to-day:
- Liaising with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal advice.
- Drafting contracts, conducting property searches, and handling all aspects of property transactions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other professionals involved in property transactions.
- Staying updated with changes in property laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice to clients.
