A leading international legal practice is seeking a Supervising Associate (4-6 years PQE) to join its market leading Real Estate Finance team in Bristol. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on complex, innovative and high value cross border transactions for top tier clients across key global sectors.

The Role

  • Involved in a broad range of Real Estate Finance work, including:
  • Acting on complex, multi jurisdictional real estate finance transactions
  • Advising banks, funds, asset managers, corporates and government bodies
  • Supporting general corporate lending, leveraged finance, funds finance and special situations
  • Taking early responsibility on high profile matters
  • Developing strong client relationships and contributing to business development
  • Working collaboratively within a global banking and finance practice
  • Embracing new technologies and innovative legal solutions

The team operates a hybrid working model, typically requiring three days per week in the office, depending on client and business needs.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with ideally 4-6 years PQE in Real Estate Finance
  • Experience gained at a leading international or top tier national firm
  • Excellent academic background
  • Strong client focus and commercial awareness
  • A proactive, ambitious and collaborative approach
  • Willingness to contribute to business development and client engagement
  • Confidence in adopting new technologies and modern working practices
