A well established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer to join their team at Senior Associate or Partner level. This is a key strategic hire for a thriving office with an excellent local reputation and a strong pipeline of high quality residential property work.
About the Role
The successful candidate will lead on complex residential conveyancing matters, support the continued growth of the department, and play an active role in client relationship management and business development. You will handle a varied caseload including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and high value transactions, with the autonomy expected at senior level.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' PQE (Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, or CILEX welcome) with strong technical expertise
- Experience operating at Senior Associate or Partner level, or ready to step into that responsibility
- A strong track record of managing a busy caseload independently
- Excellent client facing skills and the ability to maintain and grow long standing relationships
