A well established regional practice is seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Partner to join its expanding Wills, Probate & Estate Planning team in Salisbury. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a senior role within a growing department, advising clients on the full spectrum of private client matters and contributing to the continued development of the team.
The Role
- You will manage your own caseload and deliver high quality advice across all core private client areas.
- Responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on Wills, Probate and Estate Planning matters
- Managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Demonstrating commercial awareness and understanding financial/legal implications for clients
- Meeting time recording and revenue targets
- Supporting departmental growth through marketing, networking and business development activity
Candidate Requirements
- This role is suited to an experienced Senior Associate or Partner with:
- Strong experience across Wills, Probate and Estate Planning matters
- Ability to manage and grow a caseload independently
- Confidence handling complex matters with support where required
- Willingness to attend the office at least three days per week
- Interest in contributing to marketing, networking and BD initiatives
- A collaborative, team focused approach and enthusiasm for helping grow the department
