The firm is recognised for its strong sector expertise, high quality work and supportive culture, and offers an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer looking to take on a strategic, influential role.

The RoleYou'll manage a varied and high quality caseload of commercial and residential property disputes, including: Landlord and tenant mattersLease renewals and terminationsDilapidationsPossession claimsProperty related contractual disputesDevelopment and boundary disputesAgricultural and rural tenancy issuesYou will also play a key part in the development of the team, including: Supervising and mentoring junior lawyersSupporting strategic growth of the property litigation offeringStrengthening relationships with clients, agents and referrersCollaborating with wider sector teamsCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a senior lawyer with:6+ years' PQE in property litigationStrong technical expertise and commercial awarenessExcellent communication and client care skillsExperience supervising or leading a team (desirable)A proactive approach to business development and relationship buildingMotivation to grow and develop the firm's property litigation offeringApplications are welcomed from existing Partners or Senior Associates ready to step up.
