Lead role for an experienced Insurance Litigation Solicitor with expertise in disease claims, managing complex, high‑value work within a specialist team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead EL/PL disease claims and advise on legacy and emerging disease risks, delivering strategic and commercially focused advice to insurer and corporate clients.
  • Act as a trusted adviser on significant matters, ensuring efficient, compliant, and profitable case management in line with client service agreements.
  • Provide technical leadership through supervision, mentoring, and training of junior lawyers, while contributing to knowledge sharing and thought leadership.
  • Support business development and profile‑raising activity, including pitches, client training, seminars, and collaborative initiatives across offices.

Qualifications

  • A highly experienced litigator at Senior Associate or Legal Director level, with strong technical credentials in disease litigation, proven client handling skills, and the ability to lead teams while contributing to strategic growth within a collaborative Bristol practice.
