Join a leading L500 firm in a rare role. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Solicitor or Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) to join a highly regarded Legal practice in a strategic role. Working across both Commercial and Residential Property, this position offers the opportunity to remain closely involved in complex, high-quality legal work while stepping away from the demands of fee-earning and business development targets.
As a key member of the wider Property team, you will play a central role in developing technical excellence, supporting legal innovation, and driving best practice across the department. This is an influential position that will see you working closely with partners and fee-earners to ensure the team remains at the forefront of legal developments and delivers consistently outstanding client service.
- Designing and delivering technical training programmes across the Property team.
- Supporting the ongoing professional development of lawyers and support staff.
- Providing expert guidance on complex and technical property matters.
- Monitoring legislative, regulatory and market developments.
