This is an ideal move for lawyers who enjoy technically challenging work but want to step away from fee-earning targets while remaining at the forefront of property law. Working across both Commercial and Residential Property, you'll lead and deliver technical training, provide continual development to the team's staff, collaborate on expert legal support with complex matters, monitor legislative developments, and help drive innovation, legal technology and best practice. You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing quality, consistency and collaboration across the wider team. Applications are welcomed from solicitors with 6+ years' PQE and strong technical property expertise, whether you're an established PSL or an experienced fee-earner ready to transition into a knowledge-focused career.
