A respected regional law firm is seeking a Land and Property Solicitor (5+ Years PQE) to join its established and growing team in Crewkerne. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a key role within a supportive, progressive environment offering genuine career development, including pathways up to Salaried Partner level.
The Role
- Managing matters from instruction through to post completion
- Handling a broad range of residential property and land law work
- Running a busy caseload with minimal supervision
- Supervising Trainee Lawyers and support staff (desirable)
- Meeting time recording and billing targets
- Liaising with clients, agents, and local professionals
- Contributing to a collaborative and supportive team culture
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years PQE in residential property or wider land law
- Strong technical knowledge of Property and Land Law
- Confidence managing files independently from start to finish
- Experience supervising junior colleagues (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the local market or a connection to the area (highly desirable)
- Proficiency with legal IT and case management systems
