Responsibilities
- Drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney
- Advising on trusts, tax, probate and estate administration
- Handling a broad range of private client matters
- Attending clients at home or agreed locations
- Progressing matters per service level agreements using the case management system
- Delivering a profitable contribution through personal fee earning and meeting time/billing targets
- Providing compassionate support to elderly or vulnerable clients
- Collaborating with colleagues across practice areas for holistic advice
- Conducting legal research and keeping up to date with legislation changes
- Maintaining high quality file management and compliance standards
Key requirements
- Experience across Wills, Powers of Attorney, trusts, probate and tax matters
- Strong client care skills and ability to build long-term relationships
- Compassionate, professional approach with elderly or incapacitated clients
